“…the summer is ended, and we are not saved.      Jeremiah 8:20

Dear Pastor, Supporters and Friends,

What sad words… “we are not saved”.  By the time you read this letter, summer will be nearing an end and the fields are still white unto harvest in Mexico.  Over 95% of the population of Mexico is still not saved.  That means around 104,000,000 (one hundred and four million!!) are headed for a devil’s HELL!!  No, we can’t reach them all, but we can reach some of them, we must do it now before the harvest time is past.  I believe the most efficient way is through training other Mexicans to reach their own.  I give special thanks to those who have supported our ministry (some for more than 12 years).  We pray that God will continue using us to Reach and then Teach those to continue the cycle.

PRAISE  Grace Bible Baptist Church, Bermejillo, Durango

The church here continues to move ahead for the Lord.  There have been more than 10 baptisms so far this summer, and although Satan has lured some people away through persecutions and other false religions, a solid foundation has been established which can be built upon until the Lord returns.  The 3rd anniversary service was held on June 28th and there were over 125 present on this special day.  Bro. Rafael de Leon from Brother Copeland’s work in Aguascalientes was our special preacher.  Brother Rafael was a great encouragement to all of us and we had a great weekend with many decisions.

Two summers ago we had a group visit and Kelly led a lady to the Lord named Hilda.  We have been visiting her pueblo each Tuesday night for soulwinning and discipleship.  Kelly and I found Hilda one Tuesday night and Kelly has started discipleship classes with her.  She has finished the 1st book and has attended several services with her whole family.  On a recent Tuesday her teenage daughter (Brenda) was also saved.  The picture to the left is Hilda, her husband Martin and children.

PRAISE – Grace Bible Institute,  Bermejillo Durango  The students are continuing to be faithful in their studies and in serving the Lord.  They are on a rotating basis each Wed. service with one preaching, one leading the singing and program and the others not in that weeks rotation participate with taking up the offering or singing special songs.  All the students are using their talents to serve, keep praying for them

PRAYER REQUESTS    Pray for both Kelly and I as we are both experiencing some health problems.  Thank you for your prayers!  Praise God our son Zach is now in the US after 15 months in Iraq!

Looking for that Blessed Hope and Glorious Appearing!
