To Every Creature ministries, Inc. is a missionary ministry started by Brother Tim Urling under the authority of his local church the Maranatha Baptist Church of Western Oaks, in Bethany, OK.
The Urling's have been missionaries in Mexico since 1998. The Lord has blessed this ministry by allowing the Urlings to take part in starting 6 churches and two full time Bible Institutes.
The Urlings have also been blessed to host more than 30 different churches and groups on short term missionary trips into Mexico where they have seen hundreds saved, National pastors and churches encouraged, distributed more than 300,000 pieces of gospel literature, and had several trip participants surrender to do God's will for their lives.
The Stephen Dyck family joined the Urling's in 2004 and have done a tremendous job in helping bring the vision to fruition.

Special Opportunity to Help a New Church in Cd. Juarez
Help us spread the Gospel on the front lines of the world’s most violent city!
About 9 months ago the Lord led us to start a new work in Cd. Juarez. We started with 2 families in the living room of one of the families. We have grown quickly and by late March we had outgrown the small house. We moved to the park in front of the house on Easter Sunday and have been meeting there ever since. We have had several services with well over 50 attendees. We have baptized many of these new believers in our horse tank. We have had as many as 25 on weekly soul-winning. We recently have started Wed. evening services which are also held in parks. Eleven of the church members are studying in one of our Bible Institutes. We continue to grow and reach more and more people. Brother Hugo Luna graduated from our Institute last December and has taken this work as the national pastor with our help and support. Praise the Lord for all He has done in these short months!
I am sure you have heard of the violence that plagues our city. In the past 3.5 years there have been 25,000 (reported) drug related murders in Mexicowith approximately 1/3 of those in Juarez. As many as 12,000 Mexican soldiers and federal police patrol our streets daily, but the violence goes on with no end in sight. There were 4 people murdered just across the street from where we hold our services and nine federal police were ambushed and killed within 1 mile. We have taken all the precautions we can, but we also know the Lord wants to save the precious souls in Juarez. I’m sure you understand the security situation demands a safer location for us and even though temperatures are hot now, in 4 months it will be too cold to continue to meet in the park.
We have been patiently praying and asking the Lord for his direction as far as a permanent location for the church. We feel the Lord has answered our prayers and placed a wonderful opportunity in our lap. A Christian family has offered to sell us their house at an unbelievable price. This property is ideally located. It is 50 yards off a major street with only a soccer field between the building and the street. It is 500 yards from a gas station / convenience store and 1.25 miles from a major shopping center. The street divides two large neighborhoods with approximately 10,000 residents in each one. New subdivisions are going in within just a few miles. The buses run up and down the street and I would estimate that at least 5000 people a day pass in front of this building. It is a corner lot, so street parking is not a concern. Although we would make modifications and add a second floor for classrooms as time and money allow; we could hold services and seat 80 - 100 within days of when the current owners move out.
The price for this property and building is only $12,000! I still have a hard time believing they are offering us this low price. Other missionaries in Mexicohave bought properties in less desirable locations and paid 10+ times this price. Only God could open this door!
WHERE DO YOU COME IN?? You knew I was coming to this point, didn’t you? Well, I have, and if you think about it where does God tell the missionary to go? It’s not to the bingo hall or casinos, but to God’s people? We need your help to raise this money by the end of October so please Help!
Due to the exceptional price and unusual circumstances surrounding this opportunity our sending church has agreed to loan us the money to move ahead with the purchase. This is a short term loan that needs to be paid back within 90 days. My pastor has told me that our church will help with $1000; I will take $1000 from my personal savings so that leaves just $10000 to be paid back. Please help us get this property!
We would like to have 10 church or individual sponsors for $1000, or 20 sponsors for $500, or 40 sponsors at $250 or a combination of all of the above. This one time investment will allow us to do something great for God on the mission field of Mexico.
I know it’s not a matter of having the money – we have the money! Let me prove it to you – If I had a brand new car that I offered you for $1000 and you had until October to come up with the money – would you? Sure you would and so would I! So we have the money don’t we? This is an eternal investment in souls and is worth more than any car ever could be. I guarantee you’ll never regret this investment. Your gift will continue to produce dividends for years to come and throughout eternity!
I want you to know you this isn’t a gift to this new congregation, because they already voted on Aug. 1st to make a Faith Promise commitment to pay back the loan. Based on their promise to give, it will take about 3 years to pay it back. This is a real sacrifice for our people who only make about $35.00 - $75.00 a week. But they can and will do it, because they want a church building and they are willing to make it their own responsibility. The Lord has led me to take the money the people pay back and to put it aside in a separate account so that when we start the next mission the money will be available to do the same thing with them.
So how about it, will you help our new church get this building? Will you vote with your pocketbook to see the Lord’s work advance? We appreciate your prayers more than we can express, but we need your financial support right now. Please help!
